After years of procrastinating I’m finally ready to get this podcast up and running. I want to create a sacred space that women of color could go to when they need inspiration and motivation. A place where they can hear real life experiences and know not only are they not alone, but that it gets better. My mission is to bring you information on a variety of topics such as self-love, finances, marriage, divorce, holistic wellness and motherhood. I’ll share my personal story and we’ll also have the opportunity to hear from experts that will provide you with tools that you’ll need on your own journey.

Trust in your intuition and listen from within

Affirmations have been an important part of my healing process. From writing them on my bathroom mirror, to writing them down in my journal and recording myself and listening to them. I’ve been focusing on my throat and heart chakra today because there is so much that I have been called to share and it is important to me to speak those words from my higher heart space. I always ask that love leads my words and I hope this will help you do the same.
